Answer
Is there a service that checks if AI assistants recommend my business?
Yes. WhoWouldAIHire's free AI Visibility Report asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the questions your customers ask, several times each, and shows how often you're named and who's named instead.
You can also check by hand: open each assistant in a private window and ask 'Who's the best [trade] in [city]?' Repeat it several times and with different wording, because answers change almost every run (SparkToro). The report automates exactly this, at a scale where the numbers mean something.
