Robert Companies LLC operates WhoWouldAIHire. Here is exactly when you get your money back.

How to request a refund: reply to your receipt email, or write to [support email: PENDING] with the email address you used to order. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The Report is free. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.

AI Visibility Fix ($497 one-time, or 3 monthly payments of $179)

Work guarantee

Deliverables completed within 14 days of setup, or a full refund.

"Setup" is the day you finish the guided setup and give us the access we ask for: - manager access to your Google Business Profile; - a user account on your website, or the name of the person who manages it.

"Deliverables" are the work we do: - up to 5 service pages and an FAQ page, written and published (or delivered to your web person if we don't have website access); - schema and AI-crawler fixes; - Google Business Profile optimization; - directory listings submitted, including a data-aggregator submission; - your review-request campaign set up and ready to send; - best-of list pitches sent.

Outside our control. Directories, Google, AI assistants and list editors publish on their own schedules, and some take several weeks. So "completed" means we finished and submitted the work, not that a third party has published it. If we miss the 14 days, tell us and we'll refund everything you paid for the Fix. If you're on the 3-payment plan, we refund the payments already made and cancel any remaining ones.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Rankings and results. We don't guarantee where, or how often, any AI assistant names your business, or any leads or revenue. AI answers change from run to run. We measure the results at day 30, 60 and 90 and show you the before and after, but those results aren't a condition of the refund.
  • Changing your mind before setup. [Bryan to confirm] If you cancel before setup and before we start work, we refund in full.

AI Visibility Growth ($199/month)

  • Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep the service through the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Bundled with the Fix: the first 30 days of Growth are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged for Growth.
  • If we fail to deliver a month's Growth work because of our error, we refund that month. Otherwise, months already billed aren't refunded.
  • Forgotten renewals: if you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge. If that month's work hasn't started, we'll refund it.

3-payment plan

The plan is 3 monthly charges of $179 ($537 total). It ends automatically after the third payment. If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card. Work may pause until the account is current.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve things faster.
